NB: All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 days. We deliver goods worldwide which can take 3 to 7 working days. The approximate time of shipment is checked individually on request.

All consignments are shipped via courier and notification is sent via a text message or email with a tracking number.

 

The customer accepts that he/she is responsible for checking all importation and local customs and medical use regulations to ensure compliance within their home country. The purchaser also agrees to pay any additional import/tax fees.

 

The customer will be held responsible for mistakes on delivery address or any amendments made to deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the expected time slot. These amendments include but are not limited to, change of address, location or time.
